As an individual who is fascinated about movement and studying the body, Summer Diaz decided to major in Kinesiology. Her interest in movement began in high school when she took her first physiology course. She plans on graduating from California State University, Northridge at the end of Spring 2023 with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Within the next few months, Summer will be applying to DPT programs to pursue a career as a Physical Therapist. She is also open to new career paths and experiences such as research. When she isn’t studying Summer enjoys outdoor sports such as, soccer, hiking and biking.
