After losing over 130 pounds, Rex has been passionate in studying human movement and it’s application as medicine to improve health and transform lives. Currently an undergraduate kinesiology student at CSUN, he is specializing in exercise science and enjoying the ride. With the ultimate goal of inspiring and empowering individuals to live longer, happier and healthier lives, he hopes to make the fitness industry more inclusive and less intimidating by sharing his weight loss journey and helping others advance towards their own exercise goals. Rex is a personal trainer and performance artist with a passion for dance, music, games, play, and nature. His simplified purpose in life is to cultivate joy and share it with as many people as possible, using movement as the medium.
